Rolf has lived in Japan for many years and is familiar with the culture of urban and countryside Japan. He organizes special tours and cultural encounters in Japan and has done pioneering work in international tourism in Itoigawa UNESCO Global GeoPark. Rolf is a native of Switzerland and has been residing in Japan with his family for more than 20 years.

Rolf's wife Toshiko is from Itoigawa and an expert in wild grown vegetables & herbs. She supports the activities of Rolf.

Patricio is an internationally recognized cooking teacher and author. Previously worked as the Executive Chef at Chaya Macrobiotic Restaurants in Japan, featuring organic and natural fare. Patricio is a native of Spain and has been residing in Japan with his family for more than 20 years.

Patricio's wife Mio is from Tokyo and an expert on natural food and lifestyle. She supports Patricio as a lecturer at his Kushi Macrobiotic School in Tokyo.

Tobias is an expert on Japanese green tea and works at the oldest green tea shop of Japan in Uji near Kyoto. Tobias is a native of Switzerland and has been residing in Japan with his family for more than 5 years.

Tobias's wife Yumi is from Uji and the second daughter of the owner of the oldest green tea shop of Japan, which has been in business for over 400 years and is currently run by her father in the 16th generation. She supports the activities of Tobias in Uji.
